So the guy in the lower front lays on his belly (bombardier?)with an uncomfortable curve in his back while the gunner just above straddles him (see shoes/boots to left and right)?
Must suck to be the bombardier or whatever that position is. Certainly he was only in that position for the bomb run...right?

The Wings of Freedom Tour is in town this weekend.  I heard one of them go over my house yesterday afternoon but didn't see it.  There is not much that sounds like those engines anymore.  Loud, long and low frequencies.  You can still here them minutes after they've gone by.  No way could they sneak up on anyone.

Came across the National Championship Air Races in Reno Tahoe on NBCSN.  Six race classes from bi-planes to jets.  Cool stuff like STOL race.  Going 400+ MPH 50 feet off the ground.  :o  Who can afford to race jets?
