I'll drink to that!   They (Indian) sell those bikes very quickly.   The one for last year at my dealership was sold before it hit the sales floor.   In fact, thanks to Indian and that collaboration I've started to add Bourbon to my repertoire, #7 is now a staple.  This year we plan on riding out into Ohio and then into Kentucky along the Bourbon trail and back into VA.

Not sure what you mean by that, Max.  Indian motorcycles aren't cheap to buy.   In fact, the top of the line Roadmaster is north of 35k these days.  Those collaboration bikes are expensive to buy as well.  When you get the time you ought to stop by one of the dealerships in your area.  There's one in Newport News off Jefferson and there's one in Chesapeake.  The one in Newport News is the best one down there, though.  Take a look around and see who's coming in to look and buy.   Then you'll see who they're targeting.   I'm also sure that some here like the bourbon as well.... ;)

By the way, the first race in American Flat Track sponsored by HD (chuckle) this year in Daytona, was won by Indian rider Jared Mees on the Indian Scout FTR750.   The closest HD placed 11th.  Thanks to the 1, 2, 3 finish last year by Indian, there are more FTR750s participating in American flat track in 2018 than they had in 2017.   Indian is doing something right with the wrong crowd, I guess.  Oh, and also whipping HD's butt in sales.

Nothing to do with price.  Hooking their brand to alcohol.  Sounds like something that HD would do...

Ah, I see your point.  From what I gather, the Indian collaboration with Jack Daniels doesn't promote drinking and riding.  Drinking and not riding....yes.  It's opened up a whole new universe for me as far as alcohol goes.  What's not to like?

JD is not bourbon.  Blantons, Basil H, Jefferson, Eagle Rare, Woodford are my go to bourbons these days.  Try the Jefferson’s Ocean if you get the chance (once you get over the sticker shock).  Wonderful!
