Now I feel like a heel because I can't get the #$!@^$#@%* pics off my phone!! I will post when I get it figgered out!
Anyway it's in better shape than I thought. It's a '63 R60. It has BMW bags and the cool bar end directionals . Some parts are not original(fairing, seat, trunk) and some have been chromed. I'll try to get it as stock as I can within budget, but overall I'm gitty. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Pics soon, I'm hungry, going to eat.

I usually have to send pics to email, save to my laptop, load onto photobucket, and finally share with a site.

I do believe that's the first chromed Earles I've seen. A Denfeld solo would be in order.

That bike might look better if you turn it upside down like this. IMHO

For only 600cc, this is one heavy bitch!!

Reminds me of a trip I took in my '63 Chevy panel truck to pick up a friend's RS60 that had died on him about 100 miles out of town (don't remember what year bike it was but I can safely say it did NOT have that seat). He, of course, found a local tavern to wait for me in (and, of course, make sure the brews being served were up to snuff). It was a great locals place and my friend had become fast friends with a local couple while thoroughly testing the local hop and barley fare. There was, of course, a glass waiting for me. So we all became fast friends and I noticed that a hand drawn sign on the wall advertised a meal called the a "Peter Door Buster". I had no idea who Peter was so inquired about it. They advised me with some satisfaction that it was a foot long hot dog. I wondered allowed what that had to do with this guy named Peter? The couple sort of looked at me waiting for the revelation and when I still sat there with a look of bewilderment, the guy finally made a sort of lunging motion with his hips. I finally got it and we had a great time testing some more brews.

But the point of this is that after some number of libations we finally stumbled out to put the bike in the panel truck and, my GOD, that was one heavy bitch! Anyway, we finally sort of tumbled it into the truck and drove home (this was so long ago it was still legal to drive drunk).

OK OK! The seat will go! along with the fairing and the trunk. I plan on a restore, not 100% but all the of vitals for sure. I did take it for a short ride and was impressed with it. There is nearly zero brake dive with that front end. Heavy as all hell but man, does it ride nice. The generator doesn't work so I don't have any lights but the magneto is fine so it runs.
Carb rebuild is in order. Anyway I don't even have a to do list made yet so please take it easy on me. ;)  Pics as I clean her up will come, I am a slow poster be patient.

You hit it on the head with a Denfeld solo! I'm not fagish or anything but I really want fringes around the seat.

Upside down, anything looks better than a hardlyableson.

I'm going to get the turkey ready now. I'm going to spatchcock & dry rub it.  :rotflmao:     really..........

Alton Brown is our goto man around here when it comes to cooking. Ha!..come to think of it he drove a beemer during some of his regional cooking show thingies.
I really am a true Concours owner and fan so I included a pic to prove it  ;)

Here's some  with the fairing off.  I'm slow but I'll get her pretty again  :)

The Earles front was chromed by a previous owner, I think.
Man..I love that big headlight!!!
