Title: Sidebag locks.

So recently two of the four sidebag lock mechanisms seem to have failed. The latching mechanism does not engage when the key is turned clockwise. The key just continues to turn. I cleaned and lubed with a little graphite. Everything looks clean and intact.....WTF??
There doesn't appear to be any way to disassemble or repair the mechanism. The lower locks that fix the bags to the bike are fine.
Any thoughts or advice?

Sorry no advice.
Mine do the same thing.  Usually a second try while "jiggling" the key does it.
