Death To 2020 on Netflix

Some great satire! May be too soon for some though...

The Plot Against America on HBO.

Scary stuff with many parallels with current events.

The Watch BBCA.  It's a Disc World derivative from Terry Pratchett.  I've never heard of him until the last couple of years after he died.

If you like Pratchett's sense of humour, you may also like the "Thursday Next" series of books by Jasper FForde.
There are a few TV adaptations of Pratchett's books available from various media sources such as YouTube and Amazon Prime.

1st season of "Midsomer Murders", a long running British TV show about a police detective, his sergeant, and his family and the various crimes he solves around the county. Great characters, excellent casting, some great locations, interesting vehicles too. Looks like it started about 1997 and is still on the air I think.

I think that's been on over 18 years or so..  We got disinterested in it when the original characters left their roles...  Another good one is Inspector George Gently.  Others we like are Shetland and Vera.  All good detective shows.

Gently! Yes, we watched that too, too bad it only ran for about 7 seasons. Try "Wycliffe" , "C.B. Strike", and "Scott & Bailey". C.B. Strike is just a 3 show series written by JK Rowling of "Harry Potter" fame, its nothing like Harry Potter though.

We are impossibly hooked on Yellowstone, we binged the most recent 3rd season, now we have to wait another year.....impossible! Not many shows do that to us, and it's just a modern soap opera really. We get it through our local library, so we have to wait till the season ends to get it, we waited months. we don't do the whole cable, online, streaming, flix, red box thing, hulu, roku, hot stik.

That certainly is a problem with binging...  My wife only let's me watch two episodes at a time of any series...LOL
