You found me out. My grade point average is lower than Bluto's.

Which means you're headed for the Senate. Well done!

Not me.  Don't ice skate, don't roller skate, don't ski (ice/snow/water), just ride.

Not me, I just ask the questions.

Sorry about :offtopic: But, Jim, do you miss the C14 at all? I'm getting older and my leaning into the twisties with my hair on fire days are somewhat behind me. Thinking a really nice modern cruiser with decent power and a low seat might be in my future.

Rhino, just put on some Helibar Horizons and enjoy the comfort!  Like riding a bicycle...

Keep the C14 and pick up a cruiser. It is nice to have options when you go to the garage for a ride. Jump on whichever one you are in the mood for that day. If you get rid of the C14, you will miss it. No cruiser out there is going to have the performance and handling you are use to. The C14, although a comfortable ride, is no Lazy boy recliner like a cruiser is. Having the Concours and a cruiser gives you the best of both worlds. It’s good to have options!

If he tilts his head forward thusly, that helmet can snag a variety of food mid-air such as deer bounding across the road, low flying geese, the occasional salmon in a flooded road, etc. Not goofy at all, but ingenious survivalist gear. And the Indian being a slow moving bike, the chainmail is adequate protection.  ;D

sanmo, at the risk of being lumped into the group of others that seem to enjoy verbally sparring with you, I have to ask. Don't you see the dichotomy (<--my big word of the day, and yes I did have to look it up just before I typed it just to make sure I am using it and spelling it correctly) in the highlighted statements?
Regardless, I see it, and that was the basis of my earlier remark. That and the way he said he can "stick food on the spikes" as though like shish kebab, where most would say "catch food (headkill?) on the spikes".
I do agree with you about the chainmail.   At those speeds D30 would be overkill (not to be confused with headkill).

Grrrr........j/k. All verbal jousting is in good fun, w/o malice. I do miss the pro-gun firing squad though.  :)
I suppose that given the speed handicap on the Indian, V'Jim's helmet-assisted food opportunities are feasible only if they are coming towards him rather than if he is chasing them. I will defer to your judgement on this matter. ;D

Same with some of the pictorial jousting.  ;)
