A quick revue: Avon Ultra Storm 2

Just thought I'd drop some info. 14,250 on the Storm 2 front, best yet out of even the Michelins.
I could have finished the yr., but couldn't pass up the one I found at Iron Pony in Columbus today.
120/70-18 for $185 installed and balanced. My kind of pricing.
Oh yea, I really like this tire, excellent cornering and dead solid in the rain. Worth a few extra bucks in my personal opinion.  ;D

Glad you got great results out of them. Absolutely loved the Avon Venoms and Cobras on my Valkyrie but disappointed in the Strom 2 Ultras on my C14.

I had Storm 2's and had no big issues with them. Good handling and grip on dry roads, although I'm not very impressed with their traction in the wet.

I ran one to 12k and there as still more left. you'll like a 110 / 80 - 18 better than the 120 though. Steve
