I'm sure you had a great time. I was fortunate enough to attend the Mugello GP twice and the WSBK at Misano a couple of times back in the 90's.

Mugello was incredible with great riding all around the track.

How was the riding to/from the track?

Going in wasn't bad, the roads in are beautiful. Leaving is another story altogether.
