If the bike has been lowered then all bets are off. With lowered forks the front will sit lower and the oil level could show lower in the window, but probably not much lower. If you only lowered the rear of the bike, then it may read slightly higher than normal but again, the difference is going to be minimal.
It was lowered properly, which means front and back equally. Otherwise, handling would be greatly affected.
Side to side makes a LOT of difference to the level in the window.
