Bluetooth Headset
« on: June 02, 2011, 08:43:14 PM »
I'm looking for an inexpensive headset to connect to my cellphone when riding so that I can keep up with my thirteen year old when she calls and possibly use it for the navigation software on my phone also.   Seem alot of folks are are going with the Sena but I've seen some rather inexpensive ones on ebay that seem to fit my needs.  Any advice?  Thanks

My advice to you...buy Sena. As of 11 May/2011,Sena extended the warranty to two years. Customers who purchased the product last year can also benefit from this new policy. Their warranty becomes two years from the date of purchase. Great product, I'm dumping my Scala bluetooth headsets for Sena.

+1 on the Sena's. The wife and I use and enjoy them.

Sena +1

And buy from a real dealer, not some eBay sorta-clone thing.

Sena and Scala have been rated the best by experts and forum members, but neither is inexpensive.  Research what you need it to do and buy accordingly.  I bought my Scala G4 on the internet and saved a lot and got good service, and it works great with my phone through my Zumo GPS.  To each his own.
