Yep, that was taken right after the bike was prepped.... I had a "little" help.

Hey, Gsun, it looks like your shield is raised fully, which requires the bike to be running, but your headlights aren't on.  how'd you manage that?

Another example of the superiority of a Silverdammit and all the first generations of C14s. The shield stays in the last position you had it in once the bike is shut off.

On the newer bikes, just hold the windshield up button when you shut down the bike. The shield will stay up.  ::)

Thanks for educating me.  Mine stays in the low position pretty much all the time now that things have warmed up.
