Do the TBR silencers work?

I ordered a new Two Brothers Black Series that should arrive the first of next week. I also bought the P1X silencer insert just in case it is louder than my taste allows. Anybody had one of these silencers? Do they work?

On my zx14 the exhaust could get painful WITHOUT the inserts.  Much quieter with them.  If you have a 10 or 11 it will be less noisy due to the cats in the headers/collector.

Cats are in the collector on the 08's and 09's too.

Agreed, it will work, but my opinion not needed.

You will notice "popping" on decel so be prepared, this is normal. There is a mod avail to make it stop, but the "Big Crash of 2011" got rid of the thread.

I remember seeing that....there is a vacuum or something that needs to be unhooked or blocked or something .... anybody have the info on this??

I added the silencer to my Two-Brothers and it did quiet it down especially at lower throttle settings. It stilll sounds very good at WOT without being annoying. I like the way it sounds without the silencer but it does sound loud in the garage when I start it up. I just did not want to annoy the neighbors when I start it up in the morning on my way to work.

Yes, these silencers do work, as advertised.
