Title: 2016 SF to PDX Loop ride Sept 14th-25th

Its happening again. The wifie and I will be leaving 9/14 for our annual ride to Portland. This year we have a new Seth Laam seat, and high hopes for good weather and no more sore behinds. As always we will be riding up 101, probably to Lincoln City, then towards Salem, over to Silverton and up to Damascus through Molalla. We will also be taking a car to Seattle for a day or two. Our trip home will take us to Bend to stay at Old St. Francis for a couple nights. I really can't wait.

Because of my recent purchase (http://www.zggtr.org/index.php?topic=21717.msg269794#msg269794), and my even more recent bout with Norovirus, we have decided to drive to Oregon. Sorry no "ride" report this year, but I'll post up a trip report when we return.

We will be staying at Hotel Oregon on the way up and Old St. Francis School on the way home.
Both McMenamins hotels.
