Hey Gary, does this kit make the petcock manualy operated or is it just a rebuild kit? The description sounds like it makes it on/off.

From how I read the description, it's converts to a manually operated kit.  You get Off/On/Reserve.

 Does away with the vacuum all together

Is there an adjustment process involved in the installation or is it as simple as putting in a rebuild kit?

Not sure what you mean by adjustment process. This should be a simple parts replacement kit that will change how the petcock functions. Mark

I saw that one screw that threads in middle of the front cover and it looks like you would adjust and then be locked down with a nut. I think the kit looks great, I plan on getting one.
