Some years back we were following a bunch of cruiser folks in the Blue Ridge Parkway and there was this one very over weight individual on a smallish bike we were watching.  He would literally throw himself into the corners to make the bike lean.  It was painful to watch.

If one is in a parking lot and still going slow enough to turn the handlebars in the direction of the turn, aren't they supposed to shift their weight to the outer peg?

Maybe my ERC was different than everybody else's?   ???
