Now this is interesting. I follow the link, and it tells me the video is not found -- but internet download manager (an application that automatically offers me the option of saving pretty much all embedded clips to my hard drive) tells me there is a 1.78 MB clip, and asks if I want to download it. I did, and it is obviously the video that is supposedly 'not found' weird! Regardless, I have the clip, in MP4 format, should anyone need it. 1.78MB, which fits in email.
All that being said, I can't speak for everyone, but I have bumped a bag without meaning to -- ask my buddy with the '01 that I nearly knocked down at a gas station...

In respnse to Aspire who commented on the original thread. I agree the video appears to be set up. There is no movement of the camera. This clip does not appear to be a rare moments that happened to be captured.
