Always leaking petcock

Figured out where my gas smell was coming from and where that puddle of gas on the floor was from. There is currently a thread on an intermittently leaking petcock, but mine leaks constantly.  It is slowly dripping from the petcock. I don't want to buy the K&L rebuild kit as it seems like a lot of people haven't had good luck with them. What are my options?  There's an '06 take-off on eBay for $45 and of course Murphs for ~$75. Is all I need a new diaphragm?  Or am I going to need the whole kit?

When my started leaking I bought the OEM that Murph sells. Good luck.

I too bought the whole new petcock from Murph, too many people had issues with the rebuild kits.
