TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) -
A man was admitted to a hospital after shooting himself in a very sensitive area Sunday night.

According to Toledo police, they got a call after Murad Hamedallah was heard screaming that he had been shot while getting out of his car.

The caller told police he watched Hamedallah walk towards a garbage can on Manhattan before eventually falling to the ground.

When crews arrived, they found Hamedallah with a single gunshot wound that went through his penis and right thigh.

Police found a bullet hole in his driver's seat; the gun was found behind the garbage can on Manhattan.

Hamedallah was taken to St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo for serious injuries. He's expected to be okay.

Almost certainly illegally possessed (notice they don't report that) and he hurt just himself.  But rest assured the anti's will add it to the "gun violence" statistics they are so fond of....

This is actually pretty understandable I think- as the wound was in his right thigh (among other places), I assume he discharged the handgun with his left hand. I find my left hand just about useless so I sympathize a little bit..... If I was going to shoot myself in the penis, the projectile would absolutely pass through my LEFT thigh 'cause I am right handed and hey, safety is always a factor, right?

As to the title of this thread, I doubt it because it because it seems he was not OK to start with....
