I don’t believe that is the gel seat, I have the same seat!

It's not a gel seat and it fits all C-14 model years. Yes, I have one and they work great!

Me too- it came on the '16 I just picked up. I do not have much time on it yet though it definitely felt better than the stock saddle as far as the forward push those give me (and most of us I think).
