2008 Saddlebags
« on: June 15, 2011, 12:09:38 PM »
I crashed and totaled my 2008 in a low speed curve covered with gravel.  The armored jacket, glove and boots did their job not to mention the helmet kept my melon intact and attached.  I did not have the saddlebags on when I crashed and turned over both sets of keys to the insurance company before realizing I should have kept one set.  Does anyone have any use for a locked set of saddlebags?  I haven't listed on Craig's List yet.

I have a nasty gouge in my right-side saddlebag; I could certainly make use of the outer painted cover.

Do you have a way to get it open without a key?  Make an offer.

Here are photos of the right side bag.  One small blemish (if you look close).  Make an offer.

Jim must be asleep at the switch, normally he'd move this to the for sale section.

Well, I'm sure glad he left it here long enough for me to see it!

If you take it to any locksmith they can get it open and re-key it for your current keys.

Left bag is sold.  Right still available.
