I put on a new set and liked them pretty good, I got about 7,500 on the rear and it was close to the wear bars so i replaced it with the Shinko 777 witch i like even more and i got 8,000 on it now,  I still have the road-rider up front with over 15,000

Yeah, I have what I'm estimating is 8,000-9,000 on the rear (odometer hasn't worked occasionally), and it's gonna have to be replaced very soon.  I was hoping for higher mileage, so based on the recommendations here I'll try an Avon Venom rear next.  The front still has plenty of tread.

I have 15,500 on a BT45 "rear" on the front.   And a CT on the back.

How does that answer the OP's question?

I ran them for 2k and really liked them.  Really good handling tire with none of the instability of the storms.  I rode them in all kinds of poor weather and not one slip ever.  Mine had 2k on them before I went to 17's.  I still have them on rims in the garage if you want them cheap.

Damn, a day late and several dolars short. I ordered them yesterday. Shipping probably would have been a killer anyway.
