C-14 stock luggage rack

I'm looking for a stock C-14 luggage rack that I want to modify to attach a mounting plate to.  It doesn't need to look good, but it does need to structurally be all there.  I see them on eBay in the mid $30s shipped, but wanted to check here first.  PM me.  Thanks!

I'm not sure what part of the rack you are looking for, or the whole thing.  I have a brand new plastic rack which I am not using.  This is the plastic part that mounts to the aluminum arms and everything else mounts to it.

I have one that I took off my bike within the first couple weeks, shoot me a pm if interested, maybe you already got one from CS on this thread, don't want to step on his toes as a first option for ya because the chicks @ss in his avatar is rocking...  :P 
 
Here's a pic of it, I would ship it from 97223 if you want to check shipping cost.
 
You do know these suck though don't ya??

Yeah, I know they suck, but all I plan on doing is drilling some holes in and mounting a top plate to it. Its either that or fab something from scratch but I figured for as cheap as they are going, I'll be lazy.  I'll PM CS to see what he wants for his.

FYI, those 'arms' aren't aluminum, they're plastic.
