Speedometer light out; how to replace and other questions
« on: April 21, 2012, 01:19:59 AM »
Hello all,
New to the forum and new to the Concours. Just bought a Really nice 97 with 70K and am fast falling in love! Got her with all the service records from the second owner who rode her for 62K. Never been down but with a few minor scrapes and bruises. All of the scheduled maintenance was done over the years and she's still a strong runner!  I just have a few questions to start. Is 70,000 miles excessive for this bike? I've heard they can go 200,000+ if cared for properly. Also the speedometer light is out and I cannot find any info on how to repair/replace. I'm sure I'll find the answer here. I looked in the FAQ's and didn't find anything but I'm still getting acquainted with the site as well as the bike so I hope I'm not being redundant.

Thank you in advance to any and all that care to reply  8)
