Bottom line; We need $$ to pay for the Travelers adventure. We've made it simple to do....

HOSTS: (Ie; COG {and ZGGTR} Friends)
The Hosts, guide the Traveler as he rides from his arrival point to the COG Rally in Helen and back.
Hosts will be with the Traveler for a day or two, show him/her his area, help with his lodging, and then pass him off
to the next Host.
LODGING: Need places for the Traveler to stay.
We prefer that the Traveler stay in COGgers homes whenever possible. (To get to know the COG members,
and save a few bucks).
If a COGger home is not an option, arrange a Motel along the route.
MOTORCYCLE: (ie: Kawasaki Concours)
For the past 5 "Over the Pond" adventures, Kawasaki has supplied a bike for the Traveler to ride.
THANK YOU Mother Kawi!!
We will attempt to get Kawasaki to supply the bike again.
For all the other "OtP" rides, Members have supplied a bike.
We need members to offer bikes. (in case Mother Kawi can't assist)
FOOD and SPIRITS; We need to keep the Traveler fed and happy. (Spirits for end of the day enjoyment only)
Hosts, or other members arrange meals and spirits for the Traveler to sample.
Many times, members have arranged a BBQ gathering so others in the area can meet the Traveler.
(We particularly like this as it allows the Traveler to really get to know his brother COGgers)
ROUTER: (Someone to plot each days ride)
Don't tell Hans, but I'm terrible at doing routes.
Need assistance with developing the route.
OTHER: This note is long enough, my 2 typing fingers are worn out, and I can't remember all the details right now.
I'll get back to you as things/thought's develop. (Or as Harry/others remind me)
FINAL NOTE: At this time we do not know when or where the Traveler will arrive.
That arrival point can be almost anywhere in the USA or Canada.
We DESPERATELY need offers for Hosts, Bikes, and Lodging to start developing options.
