Cleaned it up after a 705 mile 2-day swoop down into Mississippi and back again. Lotsa bug guts. BTW, microfiber cloths work great in cleaning the windshield and helmet faceshield.

Got home yesterday after a 5 day trip with buddies. 1600+ miles and the last 2 days was in some heat (it was 107 out when I got home).

I have a right front fork seal leak that showed up the first day. I had previously used a SealMate to get it to seal up, but I guess it is time to do it right.

FWIW, I bought a '17, last October, that had been purchased new in '19, now with 641 miles on it.  It's that Beautiful Blue color.  With Corona, work and weather,  I've only been able to get a thousand miles on it.    With things finally improving, hopefully it will be my work commuter soon.    Traded an '18 Slingshot for it.  It was fun, but not a Concours.    Hope all are well and enjoying the summer with their 14's...  tomp

New tire pressure sensors, front and rear, installed by dealer under KPP extended extended warranty.  New front tire installed while wheel was off for sensor replacement.   KPP warranty paid for itself, which expires in two months.

Installed a New MRA Vario Windshield. Love the extra airflow on these Hot Texas Summer Days.

Yep.  I cut several inches off my stock screen and installed an MRA X-Screen on the top of it, for use during half the year.  TONS of adjustability options now (main screen height, X-screen angle and height).  Made a HUGE difference in additional airflow and comfort in hot weather.  I did this way back when someone had overstock on stock C14 screens cheap, so I bought one and use that newer one for the other half of the year (when it is cold), and move the X-Screen to be on top of that, too :)

Sailor chic, did you ever find anyone in FL with a KDS? I'm looking for someone near/between Jax and Daytona. Actually in the middle of those but also inland a bit: Welaka. I need to get a passive chip registered as a backup for the active transponder for my 2010 c14. Right now I have only the active transponder. Its passive chip was lost and I got one from another fob. Apparently, registering the passive chip doesn't require any original ID code or anything like the active transponder does.

Maybe the dealer will do this for a reasonable price. I'll check Monday. But it would be great if I could save miles and/or dollars and give the dollars to someone who got a KDS instead.

Thank you deepseam, I did! He's mostly just doing ECU flashes for now but he directed me to an Ed. I think he said Ed does clones, but I'll also reach out to the HarleyGuy you mentioned in this post:

Swapped out my Sargent seat for a Top Sellerie. Very nice quality and very comfy so far. Needed something taller for my hips.
