First Time GoPro Video
« on: October 03, 2012, 10:11:57 AM »
OK, Florida doesnt have much in the way of super exciting roads, but we do have water..... lots and lots of water. And normally, beside the water are large houses. If you combine those two, there are some scenic roads to travel. Here is a short clip of a portion of our ride last week. The speed limit thru this area was only 20mph but I sped it up a little to make it look more exciting.

Nice vid, well done.  I bet you would get more response if you added one little word to the title ;)

Nice video and all but scenic here = boring to me. Looks like you reran the same stretch of road to different songs. No twisties no mach 2 with your hair on fire = Tom's stopping at the bar  ;D

OK, maybe when I am older I will appreciate that kind of riding, who knows.

What was the trick to bypass copyright sensors?

Camera is mounted on a Motorcycle Larry brake reservoir ram-ball mount and a 4" ram mount extention. It works for now, but would actually like to find something better.

Nope ... that is all continuous length road, never re-ran any of it. And the copyright was and wasnt really fixed. I discovered out of the 3 songs, only 1 of them was causing me an issue so I changed that 1 particular song and it now works in the USA...... it is still banned and Germany and a few others, but it plays here so I am OK with that.

At 3:51, looks like you waited for a 'downslope' to pass that cyclist...   ;)

I played the rest in the background while I read other forum messages.

Glad to see you handled using the GoPro and its results.  Seems like a nice enough system to use.
