He has reduced the 14 into a swing through, fuel efficient chick magnet.  I would guess 68 miles per gallon and no fear of it being stolen, it is equipped with KIPASS of course, and braided black brake lines.  He did mod the filter cover, 3 3/4 inch holes strategically placed and he adjusted the throttle cable so he could go WFO, PO didn't have the stones Jay does, anything above 25 and he peed his pants.  I'm sure Jay will remove that speed inducing chrome and paint his cozy foot rest black.
