Title: Just joined the club!

Hi all!

I bought a 2009 C14 earlier this week, and am absolutely stoked! I've been riding since 2012, started on a Ninja 500 (which I still have). My intro to touring style bikes was a 1983 Goldwing, which I unfortunately had to let go some time back. I also currently have a 1999 GSX-R750 I bought back in late 2013. As you can tell from my history, this Concours is a significant upgrade in the technology and complexity department. Since I do my own maintenance and repairs, that's a little intimidating, but the riding experience is worth it.

This Connie (Lockheed VC-121A-LO) is located in my fair state of Virginia.  Bridgewater, Virginia that is.  I didn't see it land but I did see it afterwards.  It's being restored to it's former glory.  It was the first aircraft to use the Air Force One call sign.  I just love Connies.  As a plus, Queen Elizabeth (current monarch) flew on it as well as Eisenhower and Nixon.
