PMSL although I suppose it's less common over that side of the pond.

My van is a manual although my GFs Seat is an auto, rather nice 7 speed DSG unt with Drive/Sport/Tiptronic.

I also got my bus licence on a manual box although I have also since driven with a pre select gearbox

I know that woman is laughing now.  I bet she was pretty afraid when it went down.  Stupid-a$$ed kids.

All 3 of my kids learned to drive on a stick. But now I have 2 grandkids driving and neither can drive a stick. Oh well, I guess that means I will never have to worry about them borrowing my Abarth.
