Tool kit

I am putting together a tool kit for my Connie. Two weeks on the road from the interior of B.C. down through California and here & there.
There were several tool lists suggested on the old forum.
Does anyone one have a link to any of these?
I have assembled what I think is a good kit but it seems a little too extensive and bulky. I would appreciate the opportunity to see the list others have used.

Note which tools you use when doing routine maintenance on the bike. Make sure these are in your tool kit. Remove any tools you never use. Add some tape, a flashlight, flat repair kit.

No need to prepare for major mechanical surgery on the road  (let the flaming begin)
