Spotted a CHP on a Connie at Calafia in Alameda, CA today during lunch. I asked him how he liked it and he said he absolutely loved it. He said he "just got on it" and was amazed at how fast it was. I mentioned how they no longer make them and I told him that I thought Kawasaki pulled the Connie Moto due to electrical issues. He said what they were told was that the aftermarket company that was doing the Moto mods, went bankrupt.

He also mentioned how much he loves his Connie and he was looking to get one for personal use.

I love my Connie.

Saw a red 09 in Springfield, IL state fair grounds - assume someone came to see the short track racing.

Saw two C14 police bikes in the last two weeks. One a bit south of Coca Beach Fl. and the other on an episode of Cops (Portland).

Silver c10 headed west on interstate 70. 8:30 AM Near Fairborn Ohio. Riding with a small Vtwin behind. seem to
be a lot of bikes on interstate 70 this morning

Friday 9/13/2013 approx 2:30 I was headed south on Rt 61 about 30 miles from RT90 and saw another black C14 headed north. By the way this section of old divided highway was almost completely void of traffic. The bluffs along the Mississippi river and the sweeping turns were a joy to ride, this was Connie heaven.

On my way to work last week I was in the Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco by SF State. Noticed a bike coming up in a hurry to my left. He slowed as he got to me and I looked over to see SFPD on a Connie. He looked over at me, I gave him a thumbs up, and he was off. Very cool.

In Indy, I was NB on Arlington about 3:30 today. I was so shocked to see another Connie I didn't even pay attention to year or color!

This morning as I merged onto Rte 54 in Carrboro NC, I was given a break in traffic to merge by an '06 Connie with a Givi or Givi-like tail box. I was riding my '06 at the time. We only shared the road for 1 exit, I did quite the neck crane as he went down the ramp beside me to get some details. Anyone here?

No more sightings around here. I feel like the only biker still riding through my 3-state commute to work everyday.
