I hope you don't plan on riding very long, because they change up tires all the time. In two years, those tires will be yesterday's news, and very hard to find.
Maybe PR5 GT's?   PR2's are still available all over the web, so maybe the 4's will be made for a good while to come, too.... Have 3's on my RT and they are great and wearing better than the Z8's on the 14.

Welcome to the forum!!

I just looked up the Re-grip and this looks interesting. Please let us know how your heated grips work with that on there.

Used these for years.  Used them on two RT's with heated grips, and the heat transfer was great.  Almost like the covers weren't there, but the foam really eases cramping from gripping the smaller diameterOEM grips too tightly.  Just saying.  Around $10.00 a pair.

Yep, best $15 mod you can buy BY FAR ;). The model number with exact fit (no cutting) is Grab-on MC-401. Hope this helps somebody. Have a great weekend everybody.

heat works fine...the Re-grip is more like rubber than foam. ..and leave a rubber smell on your gloves....I will probably go to th Grab-on covers

Been planning all week to ride to work tomorrow, now we're told it's gonna rain.  If I ride, it will rain, if I take the car, it won't.  Disappointed either way.  Hope others are able to ride tomorrow.  tomp

FWIW, I have Grab-on covers on all my bikes and have for years.  Found I don't enjoy riding without them now.  tp

Ride Tom, ride! Just bring your rain suit, and then it shouldnt rain.

I have the Grip puppies on my bike, and yes they are comfortable, but the grip heater reduction is quite noticeable.

Hooked mine up to the battery tender again. Made a plug in to the gerbings outlet.
Works great for both of my bikes. 8)

Pulled the cover off then put battery on a charger. Sat on a stool a hungered for a little ride.
Probably won't take the Connie out until it rains a bit to wash the salt off the roads, have to ride the Bandit until Roads are a little  cleaner.
