What happened to the post about the Champion (SuperTech)filters for less than 3.00 from Summit racing?
I thought it was here but I cannot find it. Anyway, thanks and the poster said he did not know what the shipping charge was. I just ordered 6 and the shipping was 4.95

Moved to the Wiki.....  Usually there is a re-direct on moving threads but I see there isn't for merges.  I'll have to work on that.

Well, this thread is going off track. But I too agree with Jim.
I do not have anything against lt1 - I have seen some great posts from him. He spoke his mind in the thread, and I felt the need to speak mine. As many others have pointed out, want to show the OP that not all share the same sentiment as lt1  - right, wrong or different.

As far as I know, Supertech filters aren't available from Walmart anymore.

I usually get the OEM Kawasaki filters from a dealer for less than $8/piece.

I would not shop for a filter at cycle gear.  Or for anything else for that matter.  They are on my short **** list right now.  They sold me a pressure gauge that reads 40 psi, not matter what the actual pressure is.  :(

Are you saying that a cheap retail part failed and you took no effort to give the retailer a chance to remedy the issue, or are you saying they refused to repair/replace a newly purchase item, or what?

WOW, three pages for a stinkin filter. I forgot to bring the NAPA P/N for a C14 filter with me one time and they could not find the filter either. I have gotten all my filters from them. Went back to the house, went to Wiki got the number went back to NAPA and found they even had one in stock. I don't remember what I paid because I was in sticker shock over the price of 10/40 M/C oil.
