In Need of a top case homemade rack

i have a few pieces of metal hanging around, including some rock and roll , never mind got side tracked ha ha, am thinking of making a top case rack, have the metal, just need to look and record dimensions, see what i can come up with.

Can't you get the measurements off the plastic one?

Here is the one I made.  You can get the basic dimensions of the bolt pattern on the face of it.  The"wings" are for helmet locks I added to the sides.
