The bike CRocker has is a very good running C-10.
I highly recommend it.

If you just need a parts bike with an engine (that I think is runnable), I have 1 in Houston.

Ride safe, Ted

I spent my bike funds on GPZ bodywork, gathering all the pieces cost way more in time and money than I expected.  Barring another stimulus (ain't happening I think) I'm out of the market now but will bookmark this if circumstances change.  Thanks guys.

Sheesh now I found transmission damage, will not shift past 1st and metal chunks and shavings are stuck to the ignition pickup magnets so I'm now back in the market.
