They probably do.  They fit the bike perfectly, then if needed you could easily add additional holes on the top side.  They are just bent and painted metal.  I recommend them if you don't want to create something from scratch like I did.  Target cutting black board with scrap trailer awning rails and SS hardware.  Still cost at least $20 plus the time to do it.
