So when will Garmin Communicator app read and follow imported GPX files ? I have been holding my breath for a while now and I am turning the same lovely Blue color as my 'o1 C-10...
I almost bought Communicator until an honest customer service rep at Garmin said that Communicator does not read GPX files. I did buy Navigon app to find out only later that you cannot import a GPX file. Caveat Emptor!

In my Google Maps app, you can follow a route you create by hand but cannot import a GPX file.
In Safari, you can bring up My Places in maps.google.com to see there is a GPX route that you (re)created by hand but you cannot follow it.
Arrgh...
