I just got my Madstad Windscreen installed. The adjustment for the hot weather is
down and back, and it works great. For the highway, all the way up and forward is very quiet and no buffeting. Kawasaki Concours with Madstad Adjustable Windscreen (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-EpPcqYlE0#ws)

What's the screen measure?
-
Mine is 16", they also have 18" and 20".

Sweet! Had these brackets on a 650 VStrom; quality pieces, but wasn't aware they make them now for Connie. I think I know what Santa is bringing this year! 8)

Had to look that one up. That thing looks like one slick windshield!

Here's the link for it.

I got the 20" on my 2003. Works great! Noticed a substantial decrease in "wobble" when passing semi's on the slab. Does have one unexpected "quirk" - when set in a lower position and running at night the edges of the screen glow with light picked up from the headlight...

Motor, do you find their windshield height recommendations accurate?

(http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j180/stevewfl/avatars/eek.gif) (http://s80.photobucket.com/user/stevewfl/media/avatars/eek.gif.html) I noticed this thread and let me tell you about my experience Madstadt
I ordered one today (for a KLR650 after that crowd swore by them) and did paypal. Contacted them online and ask if it ill be a backorder because if so I'll order different color etc.
I get a reply "notice you are 45 minutes away. if you care to bring the bike by, we'd like to meet you and install the adjustable brackets and shield for you. also we'll give you a cash discount, eliminate the shipping costs, etc"
I replied "is Wednesday afternoon good with you and whoever works the products!?"
5 star and double thumbs up for MADSTAD. Can't wait to meet the folks in Dade City, FL

I'm 5'9" so I got the 16" windshield. So far it seems good, but I've only had it on for a week or so.
-
^^^^bet you like it even more today
-
I really like it. Being able to adjust it to the weather is great.
-
I have the 18" on mine, and it's amazing!
