Here is a new post your own...(sorta like roll your own but not illegal)
Post funny things that you would make a law to enforce...REMEMBER this is all for fun so please don't get too serious...
I'll start.....
It should be a law that....Mt. Dew only comes in green glass bottles...with a little hillbilly on the front...

My law:
All ambulances should be able to have automatic paintball guns. Don't pull to the right and stop for a light vehicle, you get marked. That way when we see you the next time, we'll know to go around.

They recently made it a law here in Illinois that you are not allowed to use a cell phone while driving in a work zone. Good law and I can understand why we need this law, distracted drivers in a work zone are not good. So Illinois is admitting that talking on a cell while driving is distracting. I guess it's ok to drive distracted outside of a work zone eh?
Make it a law, no cell use while driving! Too many drivers have a hard enough time just driving, stick a cell to the sides of their heads and it's a disaster waiting to happen.

It should be made a law that any citizen can stop any car whose tinted windows hide the owner blaring obnoxious bass tones to music that can be heard more than 5 feet away from the car. Once stopped, the driver must leave the car and walk home to his mother's house to explain why he was being a pest to 'normal' people. While he, or her, walks home, said citizen can verbally, or physically, abuse the car to the same degree, or more, as the music disturbed everyone in a one block radius. Weapons of mass destruction are not allowed to be used in this abuse, nor any firearm, unless it was taken from said driver who is now walking home.
Also, if the tinted windows of the offending vehicle must be broken to reveal the driver, do so thoroughly. So be it.
Not that I have been thinking about this noise issue for some time...

BTW-there is a process for getting that changed. Conservatives call it the Amendment process. Liberals call it the Supreme Court.
All laws must meet Constitutional muster...as the Constitution was WRITTEN, not interpreted.
That would eliminate most laws!

Basketball playoffs are held in one game playoffs. None of this best of 7 crap.
Hockey playoffs end when Snow melts in Quebec, not until July in Anaheim.

It should be made law that all drivers be issued dart guns with "idiot" darts that you could tag a car doing stupid things, and there should be dedicated police driving around and ticketing those who have more than 3 "idiot" darts on their cars thereby freeing up the police to not worry about the rest of us good drivers.

Silvera and Cholla, you are on the right path, but breathing should not be the only qualification for voting. If an able bodied person is not productive enough to support themselves and pay taxes, they do not have any vested interest in the system.
No vested interest=no vote!
I am tired of 3rd and 4th generation wards of the state destroying what I have worked for and then having the attitude that they should have the right to dictate how I need to run my life.

There should be a law where the posted speed limit in a school zone is 55 MPH. 20 mph seems like the optimal cruising speed for pedophiles.

There should be a term limit law that states, "All political office terms are limited to 1 year or until the offender is hung for treason upon their first decision that is not for the benifit of the United States Citizens of their office's responsibility".

Riding into work this morn, just coming into town and traffic. I'm in the left lane of a 4 lane and coming up behind a minivan that's all over the lane and coming into mine as well. I'm thinking that someone is on the damn cell. I get WAY over to the left and get along side of her. A BIG ole fat woman with a bunch of lil kids in the back, no seatbelts, and she's reading a freakin book! I honk at her and she looks at me, I point at the road in front of her and she sheepishly lowers her book. WTF are people thinking?

It should be a law that if you throw trash out on the road you should be made to pick up trash for four weeks and have to use your hands with no gloves.
(I know part of that is sorta a law already, but the panty waist judges most times just make them pay a fine and no community service. If they were all mandated to have to clean up someone else's filth I bet they wouldn't litter ever again)

Obviously, you don't understand congressional math. When you spend $50 dollars on a $4 hammer that you paid $100 for last year, you've "saved" the American taxpayer $50. Except for the fact that American taxpayer paid only $4 in taxes last year so besides the fact that you really didn't save anything, you really didn't save anything for an American taxpayer because he never paid the $100 last year or the $50 dollars this year but he still wants the $50 dollars back that you just saved for him.

They will eat where the troops eat, sleep where the troops sleep, use the same showers (if available) and restrooms as the troops, and they will be allowed the same amount of personal time that the troops get. While in the AOR, they will volunteer at least one day a week at a forward operating hospital...that way when they give press conferences and casually say "Hey, war's ugly", they'll really know what they're talking about. A lot of politicians talk a hard game when it comes to national defense and security, but almost almost none of them really know what war is.

There should be a law that private citizens can pull over and issue citations to police officers for flagrant traffic violations (speeding, tailgating, cutting people off, running lights, etc) if they don't have their lights or siren on. Any time they do use their lights, it should be logged by a computer to monitor usage and abuse.

Make the fenders tight enough to catch the "gators" when they come loose too.
(I saw a hunk of tread get tossed 50ft easy across 3 lanes and into oncoming traffic yesterday)
