Any advice

Check out LeatherUp.com
They have all kinds of gloves at very good prices. Last year I picked up a pair of carbon fiber nuckle gloves for the misses and myself. Couldn't be happier with their products.

Don't get the lightweight "Bilt" gloves on sale at cyclegear.com. They lasted 3 weeks then started ripping apart on a seam.

Lots of choices, and check the closeout section for some great buys.
Ride safe all.

You shouldn't need one Cycle Gear is the only seller of Bilt ans Sedici brand wear. I ask the salesman the same question when I got my Sedici brand summer gloves. They have a lifetime warranty and Built a 5 year warranty.

How do you buy gloves and riding pants online with out trying?
-
I don't buy gloves online. I like trying them on. I found Icon gloves fit me very well. That is one thing that is really tough, certain manu's large might be your xtra large.
The best gloves I ever tried on- Dianese, leather velvet. but really pricey.
For the money a good pair of deer skin American made gloves from a decent hardware store did fine for me when I lost a pair! Doh! I still have them, very comfortable and washable - deerskin. Last a long time, not fancy but work.
I learned my lesson. I put a spare pair of gloves under my seat in the little pocket over the fender. I hate riding without gloves.

I wear a set of Wells Lamont work gloves from Wal Mart: $10. Nice soft thick leather, and the best fitting gloves I've ever had.
I just bought a set of these Fieldsheer for warm riding. Nice fit too, but I haven't had a chance to wear them... it hasn't warmed up yet. Hard to beat for $15. They run small, so the 3XL that's available will likely fit if you normally wear XL.

For the summer, I found a pair of Icon's.... no cuff, perforated leather with knuckle protection at my local Cycle Gear, AND they were on sale. I have to try on gloves before purchase. I think I tried 20+ pairs before I found the Icon's and they are some of the best fitting gloves I've ever bought.

Any advice
Myself, I like gloves, with gaunlets. I feel if I have a 'get-off', I know my hands are going to try to save me, and I
want to keep the skin on them, hence, gloves. I have 4 pairs, always an extra in the bags. 1-cold weather(Firstgear?),
2-carbon knuckle leather summers (Cortech injector), 1- leather (From local leather shop). None cost me more than around 60 bucks tops, on sale.

Aerostitch Elkskin Gauntlet gloves, most comfortable gloves I've ever worn. I think they are about $77.00 a pair and well worth it.

Cortech Adrenalin. Pricey but worth it.
