Primo Powersports - Lilburn Georgia.
Small dealer, tries very hard to satisfy.  Has helped me with warranty issues.  Some suggest I'm paying too much for service, but I'm not unhappy with the price or results myself.

Stahlman Powersports in Rolla, Missouri.  Small dealer that deals mostly with quads and UTV's but they aim to please and were great with my warranty issues.  Trent, the service manager is a great guy that will go to bat for a customer.

Cliffs Cycle, Bremerton, WA.  Avoid Brothers Cycle, also Bremerton WA.  I also have received great service from Cycle Gear Gear in Tacoma.
I would be silly to not include murphkits, he and his wife are the standard bearer for service.  And to the performance side you have Jaime at Fuelmoto, great technical support and a great product.

Manassas Honda Kawasaki Suzuki
9105 Mathis Avenue
Manassas, VA 20110-5219
(703) 361-2233

Service Department: aces, take care of me when I do have to go, but try to limit.  They have a vehicle for bike pick-ups too.

Sales: I like Chris.  He goes by Koop.  Young kid there also with tats up his neck...Don't know his name but he's pretty cool too.

Parts:  Do ok as well.

Of course there's me also:  If you break down in my neck of the woods, give me a holler and we'll help get you going to a local service place.

I'm gonna add Rocky Mountain Kawasaki in Longmont, CO. They've always been fair to me and never have any issues with getting me in for service or warranty work.

Open Air Powersports in Sycamore IL.

I haven't had to have anything major done but Jason, the head tech, seems to know his stuff and pays attention to detail. He rides a '10 '12 C14 so he knows these bikes.

I've had GREAT service at both, GREAT people at both.  Gateway has an EXCELLENT clothing and helmet selection!  They even let me take a helmet for a test ride to see how it sounded and worked with MY bike!

Just wanted to relate my latest dealer encounter.
Needed a rear tire and the TPMs were flashing the low battery screen. I called DGY Motorsports in Downers Grove asked about a tire and having the TPMs changed at the same time. Price was obviously more than I could get online but trying to support a local dealer, and they said they would have the TPMs instock. Brought the bike in at 10 a.m., when they opened, for my appointment and they brought the bike in right after they finished opening the store. Now I must point out a dozen donuts seem to make a shop run a little more in anyones favor. Only hitch was they had to wait for a return call from Mama Kaw as the new style TPS was a little different than my 08 originals and they wanted to be sure. My extended warrantee , Thank you Man of Blues, took care of the TPSs no questions other than are they working. Mounting N/C, TPS labor took care of that and the donuts seem to have taken care of the balancing. All and all I would recommend this dealer for service.
Just my 2 cents.
