If your looking for an Adventure ride, (it's in early April), and the 4 day event can give you all 4 seasons in those 4 days. This will be my 7th, and I have experienced torential rain, dangerous lightening, snow, ice, flooding, high winds, 15 deg. riding temps., and even a fire. And absolutly Loved every bit of it.
So jog the website and get signed up, you will not be disapointed.
Ride safe all,
Greg

Moonshine is the place you meet some of the best friends you never knew you had!

Number 7 for me as well. It is just not a real Moonshine lunchrun without cold, wet miserable weather, it seems to bring out the best in people.

Haven't signed up yet but I'll be there too.  Saturday only..can't leave work during the week.

This is my 4th, actually the weather hasn't been all that bad for all three that I've been too.   We did ride through a Monsoon on the way over last year.

This is going to be my first year.  I've had projects at work each year keeping me from it.

Mike M,
Just listen to the weather report if you hear: Snow Covered or Icy Conditions, anything else is a GO.
And camping is the way to go, the evening camp fire can be seen from space, not really, but it is lively.

Greg

I signed up to go last year, and couldn't make it.  I am GOING to make it this year!  My question, is it open to all bikes?  My brother rides a wing and my dad rides a bmw.  Could there be room for them?
What do you call those three wheeled Goldwings?....Chicken Wings

Well I have an update.....................
I know I pushed all you inmates to go this year, so don't shoot the messanger please.
I am not going to make it this yr. I will however, be hitting the Blue Ridge Parkway. I am heading down to Hampton, Va to visit my son who just got himself a house. And he needs his old Dads expertise in a few things to get it ready for his move in in 1 week.
So have fun for all you newbies to the MLR, and I'll post pics of my ride when I get bac at the end of the month.
Ride safe all,
Greg

I am planning to be at the Moonshine Store about 11:00 AM until about 1:00 PM Saturday. I will be on a black c-14. If anyone wants to meet up, see you then.
