Final Drive leak...round 2

As you may remember, several months ago my final drive began to spew forth in a fairly aggressive leak.  Well, as luck would have it, the final drive has sprung a leak again. The dealer approved a second warranty repair through Maw Kaw, but I'm curious to know if it was a replacement parts failure or a labor/installation failure.

I guess I'll never know where the failure has occurred, but it's causing me concern for future issues being that my warranty runs out in a couple of months. I'm pretty sure I'm out of renewals!

Has any one had multiple leak incidents?

When mine began leaking from the pinion end a week before a 2 week trip, it was quicker and cheaper to buy a replacement final drive.  I think I paid $70 for a drive with less than 10k miles.  Once I fix the $10 seal on the original I'll have a spare.
