Heat controller for a "Wilder Vest".

Is that the correct name? :nuts:  I was given the vest and the person that gave it to me said if he found the controller he'd send it to me. That was two years ago.   Guess he never found it.  ;D

What I need is the two prong plug that plugs into the vest ..............................the other end is connected to the controller.  It's kinda of a "Speciality Item". :)
