Thanks Texrider for the info on the pipe. I know what blondes are worth, about a dime a dozen. But this one in particular is worth a bit more to me :)

Believe it or not, there is a market for these cans.  Some buy used bikes with aftermarket louder cans and don't like them.  What's a rider to do?  Buying a stocker used at a good price with shipping is the answer.  I still have mine hanging in the garage and should I ever sell the bike, it will either go with it or I'll do the same thing the OP did.

I just bought this stock muffler because the PO of my 2009, for some reason, didn't have the stock one.  It did come with a nice Area P, but I'm afraid it might be a bit loud for the wife and figured I'd grab this nice stock muffler, just in case.

What can I say? It was 35 lbs of useless junk taking up room in my storage shed. I thought of converting it to an actual potato launcher but that smacked of effort.
