Yet another happy Tcro customer
« on: September 17, 2012, 09:28:56 AM »
Finally got around to putting on my stick coils and shifter mod this weekend.  Subjectively, the bike idles smoother, lower.  I had an intermittent misfire on cool days that new plugs and wires did not solve.  It is gone now.  The shifter mod decreased shifting effort so much I thought something was wrong.  Thanks Tcro!

I'm running the shifter linkage on both shoodaben and my voyager. Anyone who owns a c-10 really needs to look at this mod, it's a bulletproof answer to a weak oem design. Steve

God I loved that Voyager I had, what a motor, and what a ride! Too bad I bought a bike that was just so far in need of mechanical help in so many ways I just couldn't afford to keep it on the road...but the riding I DID do on that beast was bliss...
Oops, sorry to derail... :-[
