Title: Saddlebag latches

Are the latches/locks that lock the bag to the bike interchangeable with the ones that lock the bag closed?

No. But they are interchangeable from left to right. Saddlebag to antler latches are different than the bag closure latches. The former have a 'hook' to engage the antler.

Damnit. Found a good deal on a saddlebag to antler latch, but I don't need those!
