Received my new seat cover a couple of days ago and noticed immediately that it did not have the decorative stitching on the passenger area as picture on their website. Not that big of a deal, but dropped them a note bringing it to their attention. Received a prompt apology and a new cover with stitching is in the mail with no further hassle whatsoever. Because of this I am adding them to my motorcycle favorites. That just doesnt happen very often anymore.
