Ok...
Maybe I'm just missing the point here, but 166 mph on a New York freeway by a 25 yr old.
Only slower traffic got him caught.
I really do not feel sorry at all for this asshat, you know he will loose his license and all, but I bet he will still ride. A movie line comes to mind:
