Ever heard of a "Gilera" Motorcycle?

I think I'm too young to have heard of the brand, spotted it on another forum and looks like a fine bike indeed!

I rode one of those in my younger days, I could tell it would have been a maintenance nightmare.

The brand still lives. It's part of Piaggio, makers of Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa.

My mate had a Gilera 50, I had the Garelli 50, good days back then.......
Dont take my LOW post count as being a new Connie owner, I have been with the "other site" before it imploded........

I had a Garelli 100cc something or other.  It was a scrambler.  Kind of looked like a Zundapp ISDT 100. :D
Wasn't a bad motorcyce.
